Even with a AEX credit card reservation with confirmation number, personal phone call to front desk the day before confirming late check-in, AND as a GoldPoints Plus member, when I arrived at 11PM there was no room for me. My stay at the Country Inn & Suites was a delight from start to finish. We arrived very late & received a hassle free check-in, the front desk staff were very courteous & helpful. Our room was very clean & accomodating for all three of us. I will definitely enjoy another stay here in the future. more

Great location for an affordable stay in Winchester. Family-friendly, but not family-exclusive, convenient to restaurants, shopping, downtown, and the highway. Great staff that takes pride in their surroundings--a refreshing change for area hotels. more

Hotel has great, clean rooms, friendly staff with excellent service. Rooms with whirlpool tubs are very nice for couples staying at the hotel. Pool, exercise equipment all on par with more expensive hotels. Breakfast was great in the morning. Highly recommended. more

This is a very welcoming hotel. The decor is very homey feeling, and the staff was welcoming. Our suite was wonderful with a nice jacuzzi tub as well as a wonderful flat screen tv.
