The room is nice and clean. The location is convenient, very close to downtown. Two problems. First, they charge you by DAYS, not Nights. I booked for 4 nights (the minimum requirement) and checked out by 11am the last day. Their staff confirmed that I needed to check out by that time. I assumed, in a regular hotel, you don't get charged on the day when you checked out on time. I was wrong. In Oakwood Bellvue, they do. Their advertisement says stay 4 nights at least, not 5 days. Anyway, it was a shock when I saw my bill. Second problem, whenever someone come in or out through the door to the stairs and garage, the door makes huge noise and shakes the whole building, especially during the evening. If your heart is not strong enough, you'd better stay away from it.
Overrall, it is an OK place, but I will not stay there again. more
