We have just returned from 2 nights at Coachman Inn. The hotel is great and we have never experienced such incredible service before. The owner was at the front desk to greet us when we arrived and when we left - very friendly and helpful. The room was a little on the small side - but spotless. It contained a... more

We stayed for 2 nights in late July 2008. We picked the Coachman Inn based on positive reviews on Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed! The desk person was helpful and friendly. I liked the fact that they did a visual check of the room to ensure that it was ready before giving us the key. The bed and bathroom... more

We weren't sure what to expect with such a low price but we were pleasantly surprised. First off, both the gentlemen who served us when we checked in and then out were wonderful, attentive and friendly. The room was very clean. We had two beds and the room was small but comfortable. Sure, the bathroom needed some renovations, but it... more

For the price, location and wonderful staff hospitality, we got a great deal! It is not the Hilton, but nor does it claim to be. It is an awesome place for families to stay. The price was affordable and the amenities were just what we were looking for. The owner was very attentive and responsive to our needs!! more

Our soccer team stayed at this hotel while we were in Bellingham for a soccer tournament. The hotel was very clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful. We were impressed with how much they went above and beyond what most hotels would do to make sure we were comfortable and our needs were met. The cost was very reasonable... more

We stayed one night at The Coachman on 7/7/07. We hoped to camp at Larabee and do some biking & hiking, but all of the camp spots were full. So we decided to book an inexpensive room in town, and bike & hike. We reserved our room successfully over the phone- this was probably unnecessary due to the fact that... more

Well, this used to be a great hotel for the value, but no more. Over the past 10 years or so we must've stayed here at least 25-30 times under previous owners, so we thought we knew what to expect. We have always asked for a room on the top floor in the first building as we have found this... more

I read the previous review before staying at the Coachman, and must say that I encountered none of the problems addressed by the reviewer. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Yes, there was a cancellation policy, same as any hotel/motel. The rooms were simple (bed, bath, mini-fridge), but clean and only cost about $40 a night. I... more

My stay in Bellingham was for 3 nights at the Coachman Inn, and had no problems. The price was one of the lowest in the area, so I was willing to accept low quality but was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and quiet of the place. The clerk was friendly and quickly took care of my admission. Besides a slightly... more
