I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. This is by far the best value for a motel room in Chelan. Room was clean and cozy, bed was very comfortable, couldn't ask for more value, especially in Chelan. This is an older motel - rooms in newer section are OK. Avoid the small and hot older section.
