I called ahead to make sure they had a 24 hour desk. I arrived at 1:30 am exhausted after a 6 hour weather filled drive. Something was wrong with the computer, it took the front desk gal over 25 minutes to get me checked in. Then the key she assigned me did not work in the door. That took another 10 minutes. Plus I HAD to be up by 6:30 am and I requested a "wake-up" call. This wake-up call NEVER CAME. I still managed to get out of the door by 7:15 . . . but when I stopped by the front desk for an explanation, there was no Apology, no Explanation, NO COMPENSATION for such poor service.

So that was the biggest rip off of $130 - I would have been better off sleeping in my car. more
