Very pleased with my room and the front desk staff, Everything was clean & comfortable. I was in a suite which was perfect, since I was there on business. Plenty of room to do paperwork, etc. Very convenient to have refrigerator & microwave in room. Would definitely recommend to business travelers - things were quiet, sleep uninterrupted. I booked thru Hotels.com for 2 Queens per room (2 rooms) When we arrived the beds were full sized and not Queens. She said that Hotels.com has sent the reservation for 2 fulls and not 2 Queens as paid for. Nothing they could do to switch rooms unless we wanted to move to smoking rooms. The rooms were clean. Bed was less than average for comfort. Breakfast was above average. Would not reccommend using the hot tub, but the pool was clean and indoors. (not handicap accessible) The restaurant was not handicap friendly either. But there are many more interesting places to eat near Silverlake. Who needs the hotel food! more
