Hotel is very conveniently located by I-5, so it is easy and quick to get to (and from). Rooms facing the freeway do get some noise, but as I also had Mt Rainier view, I was OK with some steady freeway hum. Room and bathroom were clean, standard set up. Bed was not amazing, but confortable enough. Definitely a bit... more

This is a fine, unpretentious hotel that delivers good service. Although it has the feel of many other Marriott hotels, it excels with good and attentive staff. When something went amiss during our 2-day stay, the manager stepped in to win me over as a valued customer. Highy recommended accomodation at a great price. more

Stayed here this week for business while working in Federal Way. Hotel is very clean and very easy to get to (exit 143 off the I-5 South from Seattle). Hotel is located right near a Mall (Commons). Plenty of places to go to eat within walking distance. Rooms were very clean and fortunately the weather was incredible (no rain and... more

I stayed there the last weekend of August 2006 with my two daughters. Overall we had a great weekend. Room: When we arrived, I noticed the carpet was dirty. My daughter found a piece of dried up corn on the floor and, the bathtub needed to be re-caulked (gross black stuff around the edges). I phoned the front desk and... more

I just spent a week end business/liesure trip at this hotel. My room was clean and had a small fridge. My disappointment is with the direct reservation that I made. As a marriott rewards customer I thought there might have been a benefit. I was charged the full price although the company I was with had registered at the hotel.... more

We stay in a hotel near our son and family as they do not have space for us when we visit. When our former favorite spot began to deteriorate in service and other ways, we opted to try again. We have had good experience with Marriott Courtyards in other cities. This will be our new "home away from home." It... more

I stayed at this property for 1 night prior to a morning flight out of Sea-Tac. I received the hotel via a 3rd party, so I received a lower than normal rate. It was also the reason why I was most likely given a handicap room. From the pictures on this site, the handicap room didn't seem too different. No... more

My mother and I arrived at the Courtyard on June 16. Check-in was quick and easy, and the lady who checked us in (Diana) was very friendly. We took one of the two glass elevators up to the fifth floor and entered our room (520) - it had two queen beds, just as we had requested. One very nice feature... more

Just back from a 2 night stay for a convention being held at this hotel. This was the fastest check in I have ever had. I had the key in my hand within 30 seconds of handing them my credit card. We had a king suite room with jacuzzi tub. Beautiful room. Very large with a living area (tv, pull... more

This is my second stay at this hotel and have been impressed both times. It is one of the newer "highrise" style Courtyard hotels, and as such does not have a proper courtyard area - however, I believe the rest of the facilities more than make up for this. The rooms are much larger than most new Courtyard hotels. The... more
