I stayed there for two nights which was two nights too many. The manager interogates you about all your travel plans. It isn't enough that he takes your drivers liscence info. I felt uncomfortable enough with this that I gave very vague answers. His house is not part of the HI system. It is extremely cluttered, moldy smelling and unpleasant environment. The female dorms are in a converted garage and you have to walk through his house to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night. He also uses the same bathroom as there is only one bathroom to be used. He had us doing chores which isn't intrinsically wrong but after I had done my virtually under his nose....I told him was going to be leaving in a few minutes...the first thing out of his mouth was "did you do your chores". I felt like this is the cleaning he should be doing as a home owner and not pawning it off on the guests.
