We stayed overnight after a tiring trip from Scotland to Sea-tac. This hotel was chosen in preference to an airport hotel because we were on our way to Mount Rainier and Mount St Helens. We ate dinner at Mitzel's which is adjacent to the hotel and were happy with the simple meals on the menu. more

We stayed here because we wanted a stop not too far from the airport but far enough that we were on our way to Mount Rainier. This worked well, it was cheap and it had breakfast and parking. Standard HI breakfast - waffles, prefab omellettes. flat sausage and fruit. They gave us popcorn and water when we checked in -... more

This hotel is right off the interstate, but is generally quiet. There is a Mitzel's restaurant on the property that has subpar but edible food. The hotel is run of the mill in every respect. There is nothing good or bad about it really. The room and hotel in general seem old. The front desk people were friendly. The room... more

Finally I have some free time to go online and share my experience at this Hotel. My family and I stayed at the hotel because our son was part of the Thunderbirds group. We drove all way up from OR and when we arrived to the hotel our room was ready for us even though it was before the check... more

I stay here at least once a year and although I could stay at a newer hotel in the area, I like the fact that this hotel has rooms with separate bedrooms and a kitchen. It just feels more like home. They are older rooms but they are clean and I have never had a problem. The hotel staff has... more

I spent a week at this hotel while traveling alone on business. Everything was fine and I didn't have any problems. The rooms in the main building are a little nicer and have easier access to the amenities from what I heard from other guests. The rooms were quiet and I had a great night's sleep. The beds weren't as... more

I should have known better. I contacted the front desk to confirm reservations and they immediately told me we were all set. The response was so fast that there was no way she could have looked it up. When we arrived, our reservation was completely screwed up. Billing info was wrong along with a host of other issues. The Manager... more

Room OK Front desk staff couldn't enable our phone for long distance. Front desk manager who appeared later in the day was rude and charged us for calls we didn't make. A very nasty experience. "feed back" on ichotels www site brought no response other than "its up to the Hotel". No protection from a brand name despite loyalty club... more

We stayed 3 nights in July 2006 as part of our vacation. Instead of staying right in Seattle this time we decided to stay in one of the suburban areas and benefit from the lower rates. If you need to drive into downtown, it's 16 miles by highway. What we liked: - Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. -... more
