My husband and I stayed in one of the luxary studio cabins in October 2009. Our cabin just had a small kitchenette. I knew this at the time of the reservation so it was not a suprise. The cabin itself was perferct for the two of us. The King sized bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very large.... more

I've stayed at the Oceanside Resort 3 times now. Nov '08, Feb '09, July '09. I've never had a bad experience. The place is VERY low-key. I like that though, you're left alone. I've stayed in one of the older 1 bedroom cabins which was incredibly peaceful. The decor was a little outdated but also very appropriate for the setting.... more

Absolutely beautiful location. We planned our family trip (7 adults, 2 toddlers, 1 dog) to La Push to celebrate a few milestone birthdays. Each family (3 total) stayed in a different type of accomodation at Ocean Park Resort. My in-laws stayed in the Thunderbird Hotel, which they said was clean and nice - and even had a kitchenette. My brother-in-law... more

We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite in the new Thunderbird Motel. We booked this researvation sight unseen (at the time there were no photos of the Thunderbird on the Ocean park website) and were quite nervous, but the suite was lovely, done in neutral tones with nice touches. Everything was clean and sparkling new, and the view from our private... more

I spent the night July 30th in one of the cabins with three friends. (There is a two night minimum stay requirement over the weekends.) The cabin was very clean, but much smaller than it looks in the photos on their website! The ladder to the loft was somewhat of a challenge, I would recommend it for teenagers or children.... more

We have stayed at this resort before, and felt we got a good value. This time, however, we had a deluxe camper cabin and were very disappointed. We had planned to bring our teenagers, and we were lucky we didn't. The "loft beds" were really just thin dirty foam mats thrown on the floor in a dark loft accessed by... more

The hotel/campground/cabins are in a beautiful location overlooking the sea stacks and surf. We didn't experience any rudeness from the front desk staff, but they weren't overly friendly. The cabin was cute and newly renovated, but the bed was small and the loft was covered in graffiti. The worst part was the smell of the cabin - not sure what... more
