Wow, what a beautiful place! It's not so much an attic as a gatehouse. Completely separate from the private residence. It is a very restful place. Spacious with all the little touches of home and an excellent view through the trees of the ocean.

The jacuzzi tub is wonderful with plenty of room for two. That and the fireplace warmed us quickly from some cold November hikes out on the beach. The bed was comfortable too. The TV was a little on the small side, and you could only watch DVD's, but we didn't spend much time doing that anyway.

It would be nice to have a full kitchen, but the microwave, refrigerator and sink were good, along with the provided breakfast. They provided everything you could want including eggs to cook in the microwave - not that it's the easiest thing to do. The fresh home baked goods were wonderful, as was the Tillamook yoghurt, bread, granola, juice and coffee . . .
