We only stayed here one night but we made the most of it. Even before we arrived I called ot change our reservation which was accepted easily over the phone. This was a way station for us - hitting Silverwood. The good: Family suite. This allowed each of our kids to have their own bed, plus a separate room for the wife and I. Clean. I usually stay at this hotel for business but this month, I brought my family along for a trip out to Silverwood. It took over 3 hours to get an extra set of towels. The staff at the front desk didn't even recognize we were standing there. There was no "welcome, I'll be right with you" or even a hello.... more

We were disappointed with the Peppertree. The room was small. It had a funny smell to it. The bathroom shower curtain smelled sour. It appeared to be clean, but didn't smell clean. Very disappointed with this hotel. I've stayed at Motel 6's that were cleaner than this hotel. Very very dirty and the pool was freezing cold. The place looks very nice but the cleaning staff needs some serious training! more
