I travel a lot and usually stay at Courtyards. I will not be coming back to this one. The rooms are dingy, and the common spaces such as hallways and elevators are dirty. The “market” is nothing more than a few hot pockets and there is almost no parking. Try somewhere else if you are in the area, this is a pit. more

We stayed at this hotel for three nights while we toured around Seattle. The hotel is about 20 minutes from downtown Seattle and Alderwood Mall is about a 3 minute drive away. The hotel is close by the freeway entrance so getting around is a snap. There are a lot of restaurants around like Red Lobster and The Olive Garden. This is our first time staying at this hotel and it's a pretty decent experience. Staff were all friendly. Free wifi with excellent signal strength. Room was clean with a flat screen TV and a mini fridge and microwave. Just wish there were a bigger desk. more

My company had a training in the area and chose the Courtyard for our group. Great choice! I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The staff where friendly from check-in to check-out. We often stay with Marriot in Canada. If this hotel is an example of this chain in the US, they can keep it. Run down, badly in need of some TLC and upgrading. Stayed with a sports group. Easy to set up a block of rooms. One of the rooms was not correct, but staff took care of it quickly in a friendly manner. I would suggest this over the nearby Embassy Suites which has better rooms, but the staff is a bit hostile. more
