I made a reservation at this hotel for the night of a wedding being held nearby. When I called on the day of the wedding, prior to check in, I was informed that they had charged me a no-show fee because I hadn't checked in the night before. I told them that they had made a mistake with the reservation.... more

In 2006 the hotel upgraded the computer system and at that time we implemented the policy to confirm reservations on sold out dates to ensure accuracy. Because our guest responded so well to this new policy we decided to continue confirming reservations on all sold out days. My teenage son and I travel to Monroe annually to attend the car races and fireworks show at Evergreen Speedway. The last four years we have stayed at the "Express".
