I have stayed at the Sands for the past 9 years, every March we go. I LOVE the sands. The value for your dollar is worth it. They have a pool for my kids and I to play in. The "continental" breakfast leaves something to be desired, and definatly bring your own water, or buy a big jug of it... more

Great Service, great time. The kids loved the beach, the pool, the room. We cooked a full dinner for the family in our room and then lit a fire and watched a movie. We have stayed at the Sands Resort two years in a row and we look forward to our stay again next year. It is the Beach for goodness sakes and it is reasonable and convenient and they take pets. Every Year for 15 years we have been comming to the sands the best rooms are the ones surrounding the outdoor pool... Great views and Great family fun. If you're looking for luxury, keep looking. But if you want clean, comfortable, close to everything, views of the ocean, and friendly staff, this is your place.
