All rooms have recently been upgraded with tile and new silestone countertops. All rooms will soon have new 32" LCD tvs as well as new beds. As soon as the new beds are in place bed skirting will be used.
Noise complaints are few and far between and yes, I agree front desk should have notified housekeeping for you.
