New owners of this hotel have spent considerable time and money upgrading this establishment they always looking at ways to improve for the convenience and comfort of their customers. The pool area has also been upgraded.

This is not our first time here. In fact we gave always stayed here. Until now. The place has new owners and I don't think they have a clue what they are doing. Rooms were very clean, beds were sooo comfortable and the staff was awesome.fantastic rates.I didnt want to leave.I will defiantly be returning to stay for a relaxing night again.And there is a nice lounge downstairs on the weekends for fun.

Next time we'll stay in Omak. This is an older and fairly tired hotel. It seems to cater to motorcyclists and cost conscious folks, and has a latino and asian staff. Got a warm friendly welcome and a huge room. The.bed was perfect as were the pillows. Frig and micro as promised and even a view. Location is just off the97 road to C anada. We stayed here with a group of friends. The hotel was clean although a little tired looking, however, renovations are currently underway. The rooms were clean and the bed comfy. Breakfast was plentiful and the manager and his wife were very hospitable and couldn't do enough to help us. We would stay there again. Bev Victoria, BC

The room was ok, but dark. The breakfast was minimal and the roller derby team was staying there. That might give you an idea of the clientele. (There was a casino nearby.) Not noisy, though. By the way, the town looked like it was dying (very poor).
