I grew up in Othello, but have lived away from there for 30 years. We came for Thanksgiving, 2007. This hotel was terrific and beats many I've stayed at in larger towns. I expect a certain quality standard with Best Western hotels, and this one simply did not meet it. The staff was friendly, but the room was pretty bad. The desk staff are very knowledgeable,and when he could not answer my question he called someone who could.I felt very important.The cookies they bake fresh in the evening are the best,and even offered to bake more one evening when they ran out,just for me! more

The staff was very friendly. The room was in great shape, clean and quiet. Hotel is just minutes from the Potholes Recreation Area and the Columbia Wildlife Refuge. A must see in the area.
