I have to start by saying that I have been visiting the Tri-Cities for the last ten years, so I have stayed at a LOT of hotels. This is the best hotel for the lowest price. I stayed here one night June 2. I needed a room close to the Tri-Cities Airport. The two hotels closest to the airport were both sold out. This Sleep Inn has comfortable beds! It is definitely a budget-type hotel, but we were surprised to learn they have a soup bar in the evenings, and a decent, if not carb-heavy, breakfast.
