Given that there is no place to really stay in Port Hadlock, the Inn is a diamond in the rough, perched above the marina. The lobby and restaurant were clean and updated with a somewhat inviting decor. The staff were great, simply put. We had dinner and I found the food to be good but not fantastic. I'd say it... more

From the photos of the hotel on their web site, which show the back of the place, you would probably be surprised when you arrive at the front and see a giant lighted "INN" sign. This is the first clue that there is nothing subtle about this place, even though you might think the setting might call for understated elegance.... more

I just returned from a lovely weekend at the Inn. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and the I am glad we chose such a beautiful place. The staff were great, answered all our questions and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The room (luxury suite) was really comfortable and I liked all the added artwork-what... more

We had a horrible experience at this hotel and the funny thing is it wasn't the first time we stayed there...all the other times it was fine, not fantastic but good enough for one night. We were booked in a room that was on the 4th floor, dirty, smelly, and just big enough for the ONE double bed. The bathroom... more

We needed a place to stay in the area at the last minute. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. We loved the setting and did some walking along the beach and checked out the boats in the marina. Had a drink on the patio before dinner, which we ate at AJAX down the road (wonderful... more

After reading the glowing reviews on this site, we booked a nights stay at the Inn. We were very disappointed, one of us slept well (due to ear plugs) and the other slept half the night due to NOISE. From 6pm onward, it was a constant barrage of yelling, dishes clanking, and conversations, where were we? At the bar? In... more

I stayed here for one night as part of a management retreat and loved everything about the Inn at Port Hadlock! Our group arrived by float plane right to the Port Hadlock Marina. Upon arrival, Inn staff were on the dock to greet us and walk us up the path to the Inn. The Inn itself is a converted alcohol... more

We were looking for a place near Port Townsend to stay on the first night of a 10-day Pacific Northwest road trip. The Inn at Port Hadlock fit the bill perfectly (Port Townsend was all booked up due to the Wooden Boat Festival). This is a great, unique place to stay. If you're looking for a place near the water... more

We decided on an impromptu trip to the Port Townsend area, and booked our room only two nights in advance. Somehow--and to our delight--we lucked into a room overlooking the marina and Port Townsend Bay. The hotel is quite unconventional in appearance and decor, with local artwork scattered around the building and grounds, and interesting use of color in the... more

We enjoyed staying one night at the Inn. I would like to go back sometime, just to enjoy all the artwork. The buildings are a little bit odd - keep in mind that this is a converted factory. But, the rooms were nice and clean. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Our favorite part of the hotel... more
