Our family very much enjoyed our two room suite at the Washington Hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with fridge, good coffee, and dvd player, all of which we really appreciate. The beds are so comfortable! We liked the key pad entry to the hotel and room. The setting is quite, yet centrally located. We had a delicious dinner... more

The thing I noticed when looking around at Port Townsend is almost all the accommodations are within $20 or so of each other. We had a choice: 1.) Staying in a room with seasons of sand embedded in the carpet pad & polyester bedding. 2.) Newly remodeled rooms with fine linens, hand ironed sheets & pillow cases, with all the perks... more

At the Washington Hotel Manager MariLou preps the beds and rooms with love and attention to detail. And by attention to detail I do mean that she irons the sheets and pillowcases. The cozy factor was such that on day three of our stay that I realized I hadn’t used my eye sleep mask once. High thread count sheets for... more

My girlfriends and I rented a two bedroom apartment with a small living area. It had great sheets, a comfortable area for visiting, fridge for drinks - it exceeded all our expectations. With its central location we could stop back in to drop off shopping multiple times in the day. It was more affordable than a Victorian B&B, offered a... more

The Washington Hotel is not really a hotel. There is no restaurant, lobby, front desk or any public space aside from an alcove on the second floor containing some books and a microwave. Upon making a reservation, you are given a code to enter the front door and a second code to enter your room. Once you enter the door... more

My friend and I stayed in this little hotel for a girl's night out. We expected it to be nice but the little touches, such as really nice wine glasses and a corkscrew, took it over the top. Marilou, whom I believe is the owner, was friendly and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The two bedrooms... more

We stayed one night at the Washington Hotel, but wished we could have stayed another night or two. Our room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The bed was super comfortable and the location is very quiet, especially for its location one block off the main drag. This hotel is located right in the heart of historic Port Townsend. We walked... more

So great! We found this place on the Port Townsend Guide website, and it lives up to the description. Its in a perfect location, you can walk to all the shops, restaurants and pubs and is very secluded on a quiet street. There are only 4 rooms so its very intimate, we stayed in the Siebenbaum Suite , which has... more

Although the hotel is located in the middle downtown, it isn't on the main street and has very little outside noise. The rooms are remodeled with a metro-modern style. The rooms are very large with queen size beds it is clear that the housekeeping staff takes great care in cleaning everything. The beds are very comfortable with down comforters.. The... more

We stay in Port Townsend regularly, usually choosing to camp in our RV. This particular weekend was our 10 year anniversary so I looked for a nice Hotel at a decent rate. I stumbled upon the Washington after checking into almost every hotel in the city. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean. There are like 4 or 5... more
