We've stayed at the Poulsbo Inn several times a year for about five years. It's convenient to the Bainbridge Island Ferry that we ride to attend the plays with our season tickets to the Fifth Avenue Theatre in Seattle. The staff is always friendly, the continental breakfast is good, and we feel safe staying there. The room rates are reasonable... More

Few of my friends came over to Poulsbo for a bicycle race in Port Gamble. This was the only hotel that had available rooms the Friday night before the early race saturday. My friends requested a room away from the highway which was granted. But still the highway noise kept us up all night so our performance at the race... More

I am sorry that you did not get the rest you needed while you stayed with us. Our Front Desk is staffed 24 hours a day, so I do not know why you were not able to get through to let them know you were being disturbed by your neighbors. We check into all noise complaints and remedy the situation... More

Husband and I booked 2 night stay because the motel offered a real cheap deal for lodging but we checked out after 1 scary night! Motel has all rooms that are exterior entrances with multiple buildings and our room was 2 buildings away from the office. Around midnight, we heard lots of chatter in the parking lot and noticed young... More

I am sorry that you did not feel safe during your stay with us. I wish you would have told the front desk about the situation and we would have taken care of it without them knowing who let us know. We are a very safe hotel and we do not knowingly let guest stay here that are shady. Our... More

I have stayed at the Poulsbo Inn about 10 times over the years always welcomed by a friendly staff, given a nice cookie on check in. Rooms are attractive, clean, well suplied. Comfortable, and coffee available in the room. Next morning received a nice contenentle breakfast. Just right items too. I look forward to my next stay here this summer..

I enjoy the Poulsbo Inn. It's comfortable, always clean, and has very friendly staff. It feels like a family run place. I've stayed there three times now and always had a good experience. I love the included breakfast, not something you find in a lot of hotels here in the States. (real food, not just a stale Danish, but superb... More

We stayed for a couple of days, and the breakfast was included. The coffee was good and the beds were comfortable. It is not the Ritz - but you are not paying $300 per night. The inn is pet friendly and I was pleasantly surprised that the pet owners or the workers made sure that you would not know it.... More

Thank you for choosing to stay with us at the Poulsbo Inn & Suites. We value all guest opinions and learn and grow from them. Thank you for bringing our towel quality to my attention. I will look into that issue to see what options I have to fix that. I hope that we see you again in the near... More

Got a real cheap rate of $59 but there's a saying "You get what you pay for!" There was loud road noise throughout the night as the motel is right on the highway. Room smelled funky and woke up with a bad headache! Stains on towels and internet connection was very weak and slow. Overall, I would rate this motel... More

Not all rooms have wifi, mildew odor not too strong but present. Convenient to downtown Poulsbo. Staff a little scattered, unsure of what was available. Needed wifi and the room assigned didn't have it. Took several minutes to change rooms like they wanted to see if I would blink first and keep non-wifi room. Breakfast pretty bleak and road noise... Stayed at this motel just 1 night with friends and that was 1 night too many! Horrible road noise as the motel is right next to a highway so we couldn't sleep all night. Upon checkin, lobby is so small, it felt like a motel 6 but worse. Rooms had a bad odor and there were stains on the carpet... More

I am truly sorry that your experience at the Poulsbo Inn & Suites was not pleasant. We would have gladly moved you to a different room that was not close to the road to help with the road noise. I found the "romantic package" on their website which was a great deal. We got two $30 gift certificates to a couple of excellent restaurants in Poulsbo, movie tickets and a bottle of sparking cider for a price that was significantly less than if you purchased those things separately. Everything was waiting for us at check-in. The room was huge... More
