Our room was 223. There was noise from the restaurant below us, the musical art across the street, and many noisy people in the hallway outside our room door. We have stayed in this hotel 3 times in the past year - nothing has changed for good. The hotel is in excellent location - you could walk to many coffee shops and restaurants. The beds are very comfy and so are the sheets and covers. Everything else is disappointingly average. Each room we've stayed in had numerous carpet stains.... more

The bell staff called me a taxi, then watched me wait for an hour, it never came, --they kept saying I should have booked a town car. This was just to go in to Seattle to shop! Very clean hotel, staff is very friendly. Book early, rates can be high if Microsoft has a meeting! Mall area has many dining and shopping options. 20 minute ride into downtown depending on time of day. more
