Wow. For $250 a night, this was really pretty crappy. My room was pretty ho-hum, and had poor layout decisions. (A door stopper in front of the closet, which I tripped on at least twice. The staff is friendly & helpful, the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. I gave a presentation in the ballroom and everything was perfect! The staff kept the room refreshed and the food service was great. The hotel restaurant, SEAR, was good, but there are a number of great dining options within walking distance. More
