Sad when you have a business partner traveling at th hotel and you call twice to get a room number to send them flowes and Edible flowers and the front desk is rude and wont give you a room number or confim that the the guest is at this location. Its a great location but they need to work hard to clean the place. When you go into a non smoking room and its smell like a bar. Thats a problem....when your dishes and silverware still have food on them thats a problem...and when you forget something you call them and they say they threw it away... I'm no hotel snob and believe in saving money when I can. That being said you are probably better off to pay an extra $10 a night and stay at one of the many other hotels in the area than here. Our stay was for about 2 weeks, good price, very clean, very helpful staff, kitchen and supplies were clean and in good working order(very important!), good laundry room, clean pool, had a great stay. DVD player in the room was a plus for the kids. more

I was traveling with one other adult and a dog. The staff was very friendly and made the stay seem more like a home than a hotel.
