I've stayed here 3 times in the last 9months, for about a week each stay and highly recommend it! ALL the staff members are always cheerful as well as helpful and efficient (I even did a Skype call from Asia in the middle of the night in No America when the website was down and the desk gal was cheery... The options in Richland are limited if you want somewhere new and nice to stay. I have stayed here several times and have been pleased. It is expensive and htey do not allow negotiated corporate rates. It is full most of the time so they know they can charge wha they want. More

Nice business hotel, ideally located, very friendly staff as well at the reception as in the breakfast lounge. However...I really disliked the use of (one-way) plastic forks, knives, spoons, plates and cups.... not quiete environmental friendly and not in line with the status of the hotel itself. More

The hotel itself was very pleasant and the front desk girls were very friendly and accommodating. However at one point during our stay I became concerned about the treatment of one of the girls by what I assumed was her manager, I believe the manager's name was Kelly. She was talking down to the girl in a very inappropriate manner... More

This hotel and the one next to are our favorites for staying in the Tri-Cities. The Hampton has an indoor pool an launderette - really nice when your trip is long. Some of the features are starting to age, like the shower stall, but the rooms are cozy and warm up quickly. More

We were very quickly checked in for 2 nights. The room was excellently clean with 2 queen sized beds that were very comfortable and the room was quite. We enjoyed the large flat screen TV with 100 channels. The pool was wonderfully clean with availability of lots of towels. The 10 X10 hot tub was great. The water in the large... More

We stayed for 15 nights in a room with a balcony and view of the river in September. Our room had 2 queen beds, a separate sink area from the shower (nice when two people have to get ready in the morning), free breakfast, free parking, and free internet (not the fastest, but it was reliable.) The hotel was recently... More

We were in Richland for a family visit and found this to be the perfect spot for the weekend. It's great for young kids w/ the indoor pool and really fun nearby playground in Howard Amon Park. The riverwalk was very nice and would be great for older children (and adults) on bike or foot. I greatly enjoyed watching sunrise... More

My girlfriends and I stayed at the Hampton Inn, Richland and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, clean and had a nice balcony overlooking the Columbia River. We enjoyed the indoor pool and complimentary breakfast. I plan to return to this hotel next time we are in the Tri-Cities area. I highly recommend this hotel. Staff was friendly... More
