A great hotel at really fantastic location next to a well-kept and peaceful city riverfront park. The east-facing rooms all have balconies directly overlooking the Columbia River. The west-facing ones have great sunset views over the hills. Fantastic service is provided by all the staff, especially the check-in staff, and the hotel and grounds are spotless. I have stayed at... more

This Hampton Hotel is different than many other Hampton buildings. It is made of a nice red brick structure and situated on a beautiful location along the Columbia River. The lobby is spacious and when we arrived there were friendly and assist full employees behind the front desk. Check-in went smooth and we were soon on our way to our... more

Stayed 3 days for conference. Very large room, usual good Hampton amenities, seemed even a little more 'full-service' than typical. Newer building, very clean, indoor pool/hot tub, decent gym. Right on river and next to a nice little park. Immediate area is still developing, so some construction going on and not too much right next to hotel re: dining and... more

We came into the Tri-Cities area without a reservation. We have stayed at Hamptons previously and enjoyed them so we called and they had a King river view room available! Our room was spacious, had a nice deck off the room overlooking the river and the paved walkway next to the river. Beautiful and quiet location! The sink is just... more

We stayed here Thanksgiving night while visiting family. Upon checking in they upgraded us to a river view room (the motel was pretty empty, I guess). We have stayed here quite a few times in the past 5 years, or so, and it has been consistently clean, the staff cheerful and helpful. It's a good place to stay and we'll... more

We had a wonderful stay at this Hampton right on the Riverwalk. When you make your reservation ask for a room with a river view. The breakfast area is large and bright with lots of windows. The room was certainly large enough. When you are there walk the mile to Anthony's. If you like seafood you will be in heaven. The... more

I love Hampton Inns and this one is no exception. The free breakfast buffet in the morning was good. Our room was clean and comfortable. Many of their amenities stay open for 24 hours including their pool and work out room. We had a good stay at the Hampton Inn Richland. more

I stayed here for one night on business. Getting here is very funny because you drive and drive and there is nothing then all of a sudden this little city appears. The hotel lobby was very nice, the front desk people very friendly. They actually upgraded me and a co-worker to a suite for free, not sure why but hey... more

I stayed here for 1 week this past July ($96/night with AARP). The ammenities and customer service at the Richland Hampton Inn are simply perfection! The amazing view, deligtful Riverwalk area, and free breakfast are already enough reason to stay here, but in addition you get these features: * 24-hour gift shop will all the necessities and souvenirs, including Haagen-Daz!... more

We were pleased with the Hampton. We had 29 family members staying there for wedding/anniv. party doings during the week. The staff was very, very accomodating. We wanted to put gift bags in the rooms before people checked in, we met with them several times changing things on their conference rooms, we changed reservations nights, etc., and they were nothing... more
