We have stayed here on several occasions. The desk help has invariably been friendly and efficient. Little problems that arise are resolved promptly and effectively. The rooms are quiet and clean. But don't feel it made up for the accommodations, the room was dark and gloomy. The fan in the bath was controlled by the same switch as the fan. The fan was so noicey that we had to shower in the dark. As for breakfast there are many good restaurants in the area. more

I wanted to stay in Spokane, but found that most downtown hotels are at least $120 a night. This hotel is just a few minutes drive from downtown, but well worth it. The room was very nice, the price was about $70. Can't beat it! Next to the mall. more

We picked the hotel for the location. The staff was very friendly and our room was spotless. We enjoyed the free breakfast, a nice touch since we were traveling with children. I would definitely stay here again. more
