I have stayed here before and the new owner is really making alot of improvements. I really enjoyed the dining area with the filtered view of the city. My room was great and had all the ammenities I expected. The staff is very friendly. I will definitely stay here again! More

Got there and room wasn't ready. We arrived at 5pm! Arrived at the room around 12:30am and no towels, no hot water, no soap, shampoo, etc. Went to front counter for a new ice bucket and the counter person gave me one with bite marks on it as if it was used for a dog bowl! Ughh! More

AWFUL..Consistently poor customer service, you'd have to repeat what you're saying to pry the counter people from their computer video games or cell phone calls, would not hear back from desk clerk on something requiring follow up.
