Good location, average hotel, bed quality in this particular room was poor. The breakfast was very expensive. As an example, the menu charge for a cup of coffee was $3.50... really? Three dollars and fifty cents for a cup of regular coffee?

Great value, clean and upscale hotel overall. Really appreciated the shuttle services. The breakfast was ok but overpriced, I would also have appreciated a coffee maker in the room but other than that it was a great place to stay and definitely planning to return on my next visit.

This is a decent hotel in downtown Spokane. Its got a 70's or 80's feel to it. Our bathroom was small, but room was quiet and our view of the river was very nice. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The gentleman in valet parking gave us great advice on the type of restaurants we wanted to go to. The bartender provided good conversation and service. Rooms were spacious and they brought a refrigerator up for our use.

This is a very nice Hotel, very Comfortable too! Rooms are spacious and very quite! I was able to get a great rate that included Buffett Breakfast and Parking.
