I've read other reviews of this property but each time I stay here I've been completely satisfied. Bottom line: I always get a great price, parking is free, the location for local concert venues (and anything downtown for that matter) is awesome, and I can park and walk to just about anywhere. I've never been up early enough to try... more

Even before the domestic disturbance broke out down the hall at midnight, this place was a serious disappointment compared to other Ramadas at which I've stayed. The hotel is located about 150 feet from an elevated train track, and at least five trains clattered by between 9 p.m. and when the police finally left at 1 a.m. Every other little... more

We booked this hotel for the location. Upon arriving there we saw and heard the train. Next, we were given a different room that we had booked, a double queen. This room was next to the office plus it smell like smoke. We request another room and they gave us a room that was not clean, there was still garbage.... more

The hotel is simple and the room seemed clean upon arrival. After being in bed for a couple of hours watching TV I felt a few itchy tiny spots on my legs. I didn't take much notice at first, however into the night I developed at least 15 red round bites all over my legs and torso. They were extremely... more

We got a great deal, they have a guaranteed best rate on the website so if you find a quote online somewhere else for less you get one night free. I found one at travelocity for 1 cent less than the price quoted on their page and a few hours after making the reservation and filling out their claim form... more

This hotel is on the Newport Hwy "Y". Close to just about everything, but not downtown. I stayed 5 nights.....the first 3 nights were ok...but the room was hot and I just could not get comfortable. The AC sounded like it was going to explode or something. The last two nights (Friday and Saturday) were horrible. I believe it was... more

Having won this on priceline for me and 5 friends annual golf trip by accident, I was petrified after reading other reviews. We usually stay at 3-4* hotels and thought we were screwed. You know after 2 years it may be the hotel we talk about the most-in a good way. Although not plush, we got to hang outside our... more

Do not stay at this motel. It is LOUD! The trains are right next door and make a tremendous amount of noise. We requested a king-sized bed and our room was adjacent to another and we could clearly hear everything that was going on in that room, all night long. Even worse, our neighbors smoked (non-smoking rooms) and the smoke... more

Nice rooms, great location right downtown, nice staff, an amazing restaurant called the Steam Plant Grill across the street. Continental breakfast as boring as they come..Only one problem, the nation's 24 hr main train lines are about 100 feet away across the parking lot, and on a level with the 3rd floor. The main section is bad enough, but the... more
