I booked my reservation on-line to get a cheaper deal ($118 for a king) than if I called over the phone. The Red Lion confirmation that I printed said my reservation was completely prepaid for the special Internet rate. I had e-mailed the hotel several days before my check-in date asking them to verify my reservation. I never received an... more

My husband and I were in Spokane due to his need to see an eye specialist. That appointment led to an unanticipated "urgency surgery" the following day, so we called the Red Lion from the doctor's office parking lot to reserve a handicapped room for two nights. Although the room was comfortable, the pillows definely were not. If you're planning... more

I stayed there for three nights and my room was very nice and clean! The bathroom had been updated with beautiful tilework. The price was great and the staff could not have been friendlier. Their happy hour was from 3:30 until 7:30 and had excellent food and options. The free shuttle from the airport was a plus. I would definitely... more

I booked this hotel for $51 on priceline and it turned out to be a great deal. Our room was on the river side of the hotel, much better than the parking lot view.... Also they have a good happy hour in the restaurant. The only downside of this hotel is that it is a bit to far to walk... more

I am surprised by some of the reviews that I read here. We booked two rooms through PriceLine for $50/each (about $60 with taxes and fees) and were very satisfied. The grounds were well-kept, parking was easy, good fitness center, and good pool. All the staff that we encounted were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean (including the... more

Don't be sold on a 3 star rating for this hotel. It is a 2 star at best. I would compare it to a Howard Johnson. I was very upset when I seen how dirty the halls were. I wondered if they owned a vaccuum. At check in we had to be moved from the first room they put us... more

We stayed here 1 night on a road trip and had booked through Priceline. This is definately the least desirable 3* through Priceline in Spokane. At other hotels people talk about getting Priceline rooms we appeared to get a Priceline building! It was at the far end with a view of a factory and we seemed to be the only... more

Watch out for the toilet! We lifted the lid to find significant human excriment on the toilet seat. Took over 1 hr to get cleaned. Next morning took shower to find it too had not been cleaned, hair and other bodily fluids in tub from previous guest. No offer of a discount, upgrade. Be highly cautious when going into the... more

Really nice clean stay. Some updated features like the bathroom with a nice large marble-like counter for toiletries. Can have a distance to walk from one building to another to get to the front desk and no elevators but only two level building. Rooms that give you a glimpse of the river and view of tennis court not bad. Not... more

The rooms have been remodeled recently, but the outside of the hotel and grounds need some serious TLC. The real problem here is the staff. I'm not sure there is much training done here. After a late night, we were awakened by the maid at 8:00 am. wanting to clean our room. That was slightly annoying, but not as much... more
