My husband and I stayed one night after riding our motorcycle for 6 hours in the rain. we were looking forward to a king bed room, dinner at the Catacomb, a nice bottle of red, and a good nights rest. They did not reserve our King room. We overlooked the back alley and garbage bins. The restaurant was closed......the bathroom... More

We have been staying at the Montvale on and off twice a year over the last 7 yrs when we visit spokane wa. We try not to stay in change hotels to support the little guys who go the extra mile, to make our stay special. The location and the history behind this building is fantastic they are going though... Fantastic stay. I can not believe I got to stay at this place for $90. This is a small, but VERY clean...no...SPOTLESS hotel in downtown Spokane.
