We liked this hotel because it was clean and safe. It's true that it's not the newest hotel in Spokane, but the rates were reasonable, the rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast made the room rate even better. If you're used to traveling in 4 or 5 star hotels, no doubt you'll be disappointed. But... more

The $58 rate for a Saturday night near Coeur d'Alene is fabulous. A little of a drive to get back to Silverwood but worth it. Room was clean. OK breakfast. Night clerk was very helpful when we had a parking issue. Only downside was powdered creamer for the mediocre coffee. Would recommend for a night or too. more

We needed to travel to Spokane for a family wedding around the 4th of July. We booked two rooms for three nights using American Express points to buy down the price. We read a few reviews; some good and some bad, but since American Express endorsed it, we went ahead. Besides, we had stayed at Days Inn before and had... more

We just stayed for 1 night with our 2 young kids. I was not expecting the property to be so old and run down. The area it is located seemed very unsafe. The room was on the surface clean, but there were stains on the chairs and cig burns on the bed. My kids socks were black after walking on... more

We kept having problems with our room key. they had to reprogram it. It was doable. Sort of like a few steps up from campling. I have stayed in way better Days Inns. this place smelled like mold. they are all no smoking rooms but this was smelled like they just took out the ashtrays and called it non smoking.... more

Arrived at 2:00 a.m. from Amtrak, without a reservation. Night clerk was very nice, helped with luggage. Got us booked in and a GREAT rate. Downside is no elevator and we had to haul our luggage up two flights of stairs. However, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the pillows WONDERFUL! The next day, the day clerk was... more

We booked our hotel over the phone with one of those 1800 numbers - and the operator said it had a pool, good location, nice rooms, etc. So we booked it. We arrived there only 30 mins. later to find out it was a dump. The hotel is right next to the busy road (noise) - rooms looked uck (un... more

I booked a room for three nights at the Days Inn in Spokane, WA through American Airlines Web site. There was nothing in the hotel description that even hinted that this hotel was any different from the Days Inn hotels in Dallas and Wilsonville, where I enjoyed clean, comfortable and safe accommodation. What a shock when I found my room... more

DO NOT STAY AT DAYS INN IN SPOKANE. This hotel is disgusting. Upon entering the non-smoking room, you are immediately welcomed by an uppercut of stale smoke and a karate-chop of an intense case of bad breath. Head towards the bathroom and you'll feel grossed out wondering what body part the hair surrounding the sink came from. Eew, who wants... more

This is my 2nd stay at a Days Inn and it will be my last. The previous stay was at their Bellevue, Washington location and it was a mess. I checked into their Spokane city center location the night of June 16, 2007. The room just plain stunk and there was mold growing in the shower. In the morning I... more
