I had a hard time finding info on the web for this resort, but decided to take my wife and in-laws there anyway, just because the park looked so beautiful. The resort has been recently re-done and is in great condition. We stayed in rm 28 since it was advertised as "sleeps 6, with kitchen." It turned out to be a spacious 2 bedroom suite with a great view of the lake and mountains. Everything was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The staff was full of helpful advice on activities to keep us busy in this VERY QUIET area. We heard good things about the food at the restaurant, but cooked all our meals in the well stocked kitchen and, therefore, had no opportunity to find out ourselves. The bakery (2 miles down the only street) has the same owners and everything we had there was delicious, especially the huge sticky-bun. In our 2 days there we did a couple hikes, kayaked near the resort, rafted down the Stehekin river, and rented bikes for an afternoon... more
