While not located precisely in Sumner, this hotel is close, with easy access to Highway 167. Very friendly staff, including check-in and breakfast. Room was large, spotless, well appointed with refer, microwave, coffee maker (didn't use because the coffee in the breakfast area was excellent) flat screen TV, comfortably firm bed. Nice business center with two hi-speed internet access terminals... more

We booked our trip on a pre-pay travel site and got a great rate. This hotel is brand new and feels like it. All staff were very friendly--they even came to our room to help us figure out the DVD player. Rooms are well appointed--microwave, fridge, flat screen, DVD player, wireless internet. This is a great place to stay. The room was very comfortable and very QUIET, extremely nice staff, and a great pool and spa. I have never wrote a review about a hotel ever but this was one I felt I had to warn people about. When I stay in a hotel the #1 thing of importance to me is a Good Nights Sleep. You won't get one here! The hotel must have been built on top of train tracks because at about midnight... more

I had a prepaid reservation that the manager canceled and then resold. Sent me to another hotel at 12:30am, then refused to cover my second night. I got stuck with a $124 while he profited by selling the room twice. more

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast area is spacious and breakfast is better than most for similar places; the swimming pool is a decent length and spa nice and warm. We stayed for the week of Thanksgiving and we were thoroughly impressed. The hotel staff is outstanding. Every person on the staff was very friendly and outgoing. The rooms have Flat Screen TV's with a DVD player, Wired and Wireless internet connection, cordless phone, and plenty of space to move around. This was my first time at the Sumner Holiday Inn Express & Suites (They are brand new). Everything was WONDERFUL! The rooms are VERY beautiful and spacious. Service was top notch.
