The staff was wonderful and very helpful. They directed us to grocery stores and restaurants. The hotel was next to Tacoma Mall and easy access to Interstate 5. Room was clean and property well-maintained. Laundry facilities were available. We had several family members staying for a wedding and they tried to place our rooms close together.
