I stayed at this hotel for one night in August 2008 for a trip with friends to Wild Waves. After having stayed at many hotels in the Seattle/Tacoma/Federal Way area I am not a person with unrealistic expectations. An ExtendedStay hotel is not going to have the most comfortable beds, you get what you pay for, this is a cheap hotel. Now with that said, what you should expect from any establishment regardless of price is a certain amount of professionalism which is definitely lacking here. Upon check-in I was given a room key and happily I went on my way. Upon getting to my room I realized they had given me the wrong room. The one I checked into was completely torn apart and clearly not cleaned up from the previous guest. I went back to the check-in counter and was very polite telling them the situation. The girl at the front desk (who was on a personal call) held her finger up to me and ignored me for the next two minutes while she carried on her conversation. I was still totally polite... more
