Staff (Victoria) was so courteous, professional and assuring at checkin, reservation had not been followed through by Orbitz but she reassured us we would have a room along with 10 other people with the same issue.

My wife and I spent 2 nights here and truly enjoyed the staff's pleasant demeanor. The beds were fabulous, soft yet supportive. Front desk staff made us welcome, accommodated our requests. Room excellent, new and very spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent and there is a great restaurant Ammar's mediterranean grill right across the street! This is our second stay at this hotel and we'd certainly come back
