Heated pool was freezing cold, hot tub "out of order." Beds were stiff, uncomfortable. Rooms were hot and stuffy, pool frozen. When I attempted to address with management that I had booked because of pool for the kids, they were apologetic but did not offer a discount. Will not stay again. more

We stayed here Dec. 23rd after flying cross-country to WA from Florida. Stayed here one night before making the drive to central WA to visit my husband's family. My husband & I stayed here with our 3 children. We had a wonderful time. The room was big enough for all of us. The hotel is extremely clean. Being next to the Family Fun Center was ideal for us. The people at the front desk were so helpful. We are looking forward to staying there again. more
