Bottom line... Elitist left-lib bloggers should not be allowed to write economy-friendly hotel reviews. Guess what? The place is absolutely perfectly fine for middle class folks who need a place to stay in Wenatchee. Our room was clean (bathroom especially), and the hard-working family who run the place were friendly & helpful. Was there a caviar relish tray waiting for... more

I have stayed here 3 different times coming through town. The last time I did, they used my credit card and have charged it for another night stay 2 weeks later. They refuse to admit it and won't give up the manager's name, all employees stating over the phone, they don't know his last name!!!! He also apparently never, ever... more

Looked for a hotel on day of trip, needed two queens or a king and roll-away as I was traveling with my wife and teen daughter. We were just over-nighting in Wenatchee, WA, hoping to see a little of the city and then move on to the Gingko Petrified Forest State Park before rolling down to Yakima. The Econo Lodge... more

We stayed one night in July. We were coming back from Holden Village (on Link bus) and leaving in the early am (5:30 am) on Amtrak to Seattle so we were looking for a hotel close to bus station and Amtrak. This motel is about 6 blocks to both (Amtrak Landing is across the street from bus station). The hotel... more

I reserved two rooms at this hotel -- one for my family, and one for my brother's. Right away it didn't seem like the best place. It seemed somewhat rundown, in a busy commericial area. As we went to bed around 10 p.m., I could hear some commotion outside -- shouting, cursing etc. It was a bit disconcerting, but in... more

Stopped in Wenatchee for the night last month. Even though it was the middle of the week everything was booked. We stopped at the Econo Lodge, they had a room. Even though the couple at the desk was very friendly and helpful, I really wasn't expecting very much. Imagine my surprise when I went into the room. I'm not saying... more

We stayed here with our 2 year old daughter and our dog. We booked on the phone based on the phone book advert and photos and the fact that they allowed pets. Our room was $90 + $10 for the pet, plus taxes. This included what they called a 'continental breakfast'. When you drive up, this place looks like something... more

Rented 2 rooms in late June for a place to stay during a family reunion. The rooms are very out-of-date (hello 70s!) and several broken/missing fixtures in bathroom. The hotel is across the street from the convention center, and is a little noisy. A beer league baseball team stayed overnight, and I would guess that little effort was made to... more

Easy to find, moderate price, nice rooms. Room had everything I needed including an iron and board. The ac worked great, room also had a refrigerator and microwave. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and helpful though a bit hard to understand as his English was heavily accented. Pets are allowed however there is an extra charge and... more
