I believe her name was JD who checked us in. She couldn't have been anymore friendly and efficient. The lobby was fresh and clean as was our very large room. It's been nicely updated and everything worked great. We requested a quiet room, never heard a sound within the hotel. Surprisingly, as it's on a main drag, the traffic noise... more

Nice size room, good amenities, balcony and excellent bed/linens. Nice continental breakfast. A little shy on towels and pillows. AC/Heat unit has no fan setting and kicked on and off all night, not regulating temp well at all (friend in other room said hers blasted the whole time and she couldn't regulate the temp either.) So without a fan running,... more

2nd year in a row staying at the BW to see Dave Matthews Band at the Gorge. It was very clean and the front desk was very polite. 2nd floor room that was very nice and clean. I didn't do the breakfast this year; instead Husband and I went to different fruid stands between Wenatchee, Leavenworth, and the Gorge to... more

This hotel is not as fancy as many other Best Westerns, it could use some upgrading and renovating. However, this is also one of the cheapest BW around, and you get a lot for your money: rooms were decent, clean, and older but big TV, very nice pool area with hot-tub. In addition, you get great customer service, friendly staff,... more

Not high class, but not bad. It's an older motel, but the carpet and rooms were in very good shape. Swimming pool is outdoors. We didn't have a chance to use it, but it looked OK from a quick pass outside the gate. For someone looking for a basic, clean motel with a high carb breakfast included in the price,... more

From the outside this looks like a motel or inexpensive hotel. But I was surprised to find that my room was large, comfortable, clean and quiet and the breakfast was very good. This isn't a luxurious place but it's not bad either. It has an exercise room that's small but just fine and I never saw the pool but there... more

It is a decent place to stay and you get a free breakfast (coffee, juice, cereal, toast, some hot things, etc.). It is on the main drag of town with a couple of decent restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are large and clean, but a little bit warn out. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I... more

My favorite thing about this place was the free breakfast buffet. There were tasty waffles you could make yourself with dummy-proof instructions. There were also eggs, sausage, bagels, pastries, cereal, muffins, and an assortment of drinks. I won't stay anywhere unless they have a complimentary warm breakfast. I hate having to leave the hotel to find food for my family... more

Our family had stayed 2 nights in July 06 during a weekend getaway. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast as it was way better than anticipated (as best western website where we had booked the rooms did not elaborate on the type of breakfast). The breakfast spread included waffles, toast, muffins, hardboiled eggs, scrambled... more

Did I stay in the same hotel as the previous reviewers? This place is no better than a low-grade Motel 6. Beware, the air conditioners don't work well and it gets real hot here during the summer (100+). more
