This was the worst Holiday Inn Express Hotel we have ever stayed at. Not only were the mattresses very uncomfortable, but the heater was extremely loud, we ran out of hot water during the very FIRST shower and all night long we swore there was a herd of sheep or other farm animals running loose. Went to see my folks for awhile in Wenathcee. The rooms were high and they were just ok nothing special. The breakfast was good though. The clerk was very busy on the phone when I came up for help and again later when I tried again. more

I am neutral about their rooms though the price is steep. I would not recommend this one for value travelers. The staff could not help me about with directions to the conference that I needed to get to. more
