The desk clerk was rude and unhelpful. The hotel had a huge sign outside that advertised their wireless internet services yet according to the clerk they have problems quite frequently with the internet. We were instructed to come "up front" and use the internet from there. When I tried that, the wireless connection that I was able to connect to... more

It was cheap. I expected a little more than I got though. Like, a phone that worked and actually had a phone number on it; a fire exit map that had my room marked on it; a pencil and a pad of paper to write on; a traveller's brochure that wasn't 4 months out of date; an employee who apparently... more

I stayed at the Econologe a day ago and the pictures they gave to priceline make it look nice. There was a strong stench in the lobby of cabbage, the pool looked dirty and the desk lady was rude. Then we went to our rooms, and the floor was so dirty places of the "BROWN" carpet were black. I went... more

I booked this place through Priceline.com (this is no fault of theirs) and the pictures that are posted for this hotel on the website are very misleading. It shows a modern, clean lobby area and one picture of a clean looking room. When I checked in, I was hesitate already because of the condition of the parking lot and immediate... more

Very old hotel!! Overwhelming stench of curry and garlic permeated the lobby and main hallway from the adjoining residence. Single paned windows (it was less than 45 degrees outside) with a stick in the window sill for security and a barely functioning heating system. All joints and fixtures in the bathroom were caulked with miscolored and poorly applied caulking material.... more

I work for a Glass Fabrication Company from Penticton, B.C. and travel quite extensively over Washington delivering our products. While I cannot in all honesty say that Nendels Inn is a gem, or even a terrific value, I will say that some of the comments made are quite alarming and are not true to my frequent stays there. However, I... more

We came to yakima for the dog show, couldnt find any room. Finally we came to Nendels Inn, we were very satisfied with the room they gave us. The room was excellent, very well maintained room. The room was very affordable, total satisfaction. The breakfast was even better, the customer service was great, very clean room, and the swimming pool... more

It was a great expeirience for us to stay at this place. The customer service and the quality of the room was great. The entire construction crew had a great experience with the hotel. We appreciate you guys opening the pool for an extra hour. We will definitely be back, when we return. more

Let me start out by saying this was my first trip to Yakima but one of the greatest experience on this trip was staying at Nendels Inn. From the moment I walked in and to the time I left, I have to say I was extremely happy with the warm services I received. The staff were very friendly and provided... more

Worst motel experience ever! Located in a horrible part of town where I didn't feel safe to go outside alone, day or night! Our room was smokey (even though we were suppose to be in a non-smoking room as indicated by the sign on our door), dirty and loud. The sheets were dirty, had hair on them, and had cigarette... more
