Alicia and Savannah took excellent care of us! They made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible and took us where we needed to go in the shuttle. The staff even cleaned up after us when a member of our group had an accident. Overall a great time. Cheers!

Excellent reception staff, usually 3 on. Cookies M-Thurs 5 pm! Complimentary hot/cold breakfast that changes every day! Spacious rooms; all River facing. Complimentary beverages at 5pm, plus Soup and Salad; then they have a great menu for dinner; separate bar. We just didn't want to leave.

The hotel is off-putting from the outside-sort of Bauhaus meets highway overpass. However, inside the rooms are lovely, big suites and have a great view of the Yakima River. At first when we found this hotel it was chosen for being dog friendly, this time the hotel was a nice and relaxing anyways. We were staying on a floor with a teenage softball team, however the walls and soundproofing helped us sleep without hearing from them. As usual the drink coupons were a great perk.

Very friendly, capable staff. Clean rooms, about what you would expect for the price. Negatives were that the rooms were fairly noisy and you can hear everyone coming and going.
