1st floor is for the pets and room smelled like it! Reassigned room better but the kid checking in does not need to be there! If you live in holiday inn 4 nights a week on average they usually upgrade room, give gifts, and non of this happened so I would choose the Hilton or Fairfield Marriot if I return! More

During our holidays in June/July we stayed at several Holiday Inn Express hotels in Canada and Washinton State. All were pretty good. but this one had some extra's which we really enjoyed. I know that hotel gratis breakfasts are generally not good. This place was the worst I've experienced. Cold sausage patties, rubbery eggs, unripened fruit, no decent cereal choices, the list could go even further. BTW, no wireless Internet. Plus it was Expensive. I've stayed in much nicer cities for close to $100 a night. More
