Sleepy Creek Tree Farm B&B is about a 10 minute drive from "downtown" Berkley Springs, and is set in a lovely wooded setting, with the the Sleepy Creek running through the property. You are essentially staying in the upstairs of the host's house, closed off only by a screen that prevents the animals (3 cats and 1 dog) from coming... more
