The Quality Hotel (formerly the Bluefield Holiday Inn) is nice, but it's not exactly what I would call wonderful to say the least. The rooms are large and spacious and the beds are firm and comfortable, however, if you stay here, you need to request a front-side room that overlooks the town of Bluefield and the Appalachian mountains, because if... more

Stayed for one night. Received charges the following month for three nights! The staff were unprofessional at resolving issues and manager was never available... Could go on and on! Crooks in my opinion! I wish there was an extra thumb to rate this "two thumbs down!" more

We do apologize for the staff seeming unprofessional. This is not the typical service that anyone receives. We always try to make our guest seem like we are all one big happy family. When contacted by the bank on the charge for 3 days the next month, the General Manager took immediate action to take care of this matter. This...

This is a great hotel....the staff was very friendly, helpful--rooms were nice, clean, and larger than what I expected. Nice pool. The hote l is pet friendly---we took our two dogs....no problems at all. K-mart across the street....Walmart down the road--10-15 mins. Restaurants nearby. Nice and quiet on a mountain. more
