PROS = Renovated rooms. New carpeting, drapes, fixtures, etc. Fridge in room, underneath TV in a cabinet. Spotless bathrooms with lots of water pressure. Friendly staff. Excellent food and speedy room service for breakfast and late night snacks. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. This is one of the very few full service properties left in the area with a... more

we stopped overnight here during a roadtrip. The hotel is clean although dated, and has all you need for a stop over on your way where you're going. We ate in the dining room and were pleased with our service and the food was very good after a long day on the road. Internet service was good. more

Contrary to other reviews, my husband, our doggy and I had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn! All of the rooms are newly renovated, very nice, and very clean. New furniture, everything has been updated, a wonderfully comfortable bed, and decorated quite nicely for a hotel. They're very dog friendly, and that's a must with us! Since we... more

I should have known to go somewhere else when I called to make my reservation. The woman I spoke took for ever and didn't seem to know what she was doing. When I arrived I was checked in by a very rude lady with an accent. The next day I stopped by the front desk to inquire about a breakfast... more

This place is old, dated and run-down. Wireless internet didn't work & television received 4 clear stations. Breakfast was expensive, slow, and not very good. We had a one night stop - over here on the way home from Myrtle Beach; didn't expect much and they delivered! more

Upon my arrival at the Bridgeport Holiday Inn, I was greated most graciously by the desk clerk ,David and was addressed by name. I thought to myself that this was an excellent choice until I went to my room. The bathrooms are very small and outdated. Clean. Water dripped and commode ran. Nothing in my room matched! The bedspread and... more

This hotel is showing some age but it is still ok. The pool is really nice, it is huge and 9 foot deep at one end. This is odd for a hotel pool anymore. The rooms are good size, but the bathroom is a little small. The beds are this Holiday Inn were the best I have slept on in... more

I stayed here two separate times in March and April while on business. The facility was selected and booked by my employer. The rooms and facility overall are clean and the staff is very pleasant and professional. There are several decent restaurants within walking distance but crossing the traffic on foot can be dangerous. The facility and the fixtures are... more

Clean room. Shower a little awkward to adjust. Friendly attentive staff. Very good waitresses at early 6:45 am breakfast. Front desk staff very professional. Comfortable beds. I was told by locals that the hotel had just reopened after a water main flood. I did not experience any problems as a result of that. Stayed two nights. Did not use outdoor... more

Stayed for 2 days, closest full service hotel near family. Room was kept clean, didn't use the outdoor pool but it looked very nice, hotel doors were kept locked, and we did not hear any noise from others in the hotel. We were happy with the room, the restaurant staff for breakfast were the best and the food was excellent.... more
