The Cottonwood Inn is a wonderfu country B&B outside Charles Town, WV. The public rooms are beautiful and well appointed with antiques, comfortable chairs, and bookshelves full of books to pass the time. The Cottonwood Inn was a very refreshing vaction. Living in a big city it's always nice to get away and I highly recommend the Cottonwood Inn as the place to go. I loved it. It was beautiful. We went in the middle of winter and it was spacious and the hosts made you feel really welcome, especially with leaving out hot homemade apple cider and a warm fire. It was a trek up the stairs though, but I was pregnant at the time. No TV's no Radios either, so you spend... more

We've just returned from a great stay at the Cottonwood Inn Bed and Breakfast just outside Charles Town, West Virginia. Charles Town is close to both historic Harpers Ferry and Shepherdstown (a great little town.) The hosts, John and Barbara, were so warm and friendly that we almost felt like family.
