First time staying at this property. I am actually a little torn about writing this review. I had a great stay at this hotel. The service and location is top-notch. But...the hotel is definitely aging. I was told that some of the top floors are being remodeled--with many floors completed. I think this property had like 16 or 18 floors.... More

It quite apparent that management is doing everything possible to upgrade the total experience. The lobby has been refined and you can sense a more professional, classy vibe. Pictures of the new room makeovers are in the lobby. I'm anxious try one of the new rooms as the staff here makes any visit memorable. More

I stayed here recently while visiting family and was quite disappointed to see the state of affairs that this hotel has found itself in. Long wait at check in, even though I'm elite. No king beds available unless I wanted to listen to Xmas parties being held at the hotel. Rooms were very, very run down and in desperate need... More

We stayed here as a stopover coming down I-77. The price was good. The hotel connects to a mall, which provided a ton of dining options. The hotel needs to be updated, as others have mentioned. The room decor was tired, but not too worn. I saw a sign with what looked like their new color scheme, so perhaps that's... More

Desperately needs a renovation but you can't ding the property in a recession like this for having old interiors. They make up for it by providing warm service and good food = a decent value for the price paid. More

I was at this Marriott for a conference but I had a terrible experience. The first room didn't have hot water in the morning. I complained and they said it was fixed, but I have a second morning with a warm/cold shower, not the best way to start your day. Finally they moved me to a different room, but when... More

My wife and I stayed here the weekend of October 21-23 to attend the wedding of our niece who was the maid of honor. The rooms were comfortable. We had a huge king size bed and almost got lost in it. The management says they are redecorating the entire hotel. But we were very happy with what we saw. The... More

I did not have a problem with this place. It was in a good location, room was nice. A littlle dated but not a regular Marriott as far as up to standards. Breakfast in bed was great. The only problem was parking...you have to park in a deck and pay 10.00. I would stay there again. More
